Ashburn Science Lab.  Curiosity Zone is selling its Ashburn science lab.  This profitable, turn-key business includes the existing lease and build-out, inventory, equipment, supplies, customer lists and an exclusive license to use the Curiosity Zone name and curriculum to conduct science classes, camps and parties within Loudoun County.  The purchase will include training and consulting to get you up to speed. 

This is not a franchise and will not include ongoing royalties, but rather would be your own science business to run and build as you see fit.  However, the rights to use the Curiosity Zone name and curriculum will be subject to the terms of the licensing agreement.
