Event registration requires a $75 non-refundable deposit. Full remaining payment must be made on the day of the event.

Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before your event. 

Each child under 3 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. 

Please time your outing so that you use only your allotted time.  If you or your guests remain in the classroom area more than 10 minutes past the end of your event, we will charge an additional $25 per 10 minutes of overage.  Timing is very important to our business, and it is essential that we have enough time between events, classes and parties to clean up and set up.  Thank you for understanding!

Children who are not included in the group count cannot participate in the lab activities.  Our group size limits must be strictly enforced due to insurance and safety requirements.  Should you exceed the group size limit, regardless of circumstances, you will be assessed an additional $50 per child.

We reserve the right to disallow any refreshments or decorations that create an unusual amount of mess.

By registering for an event at the C-Zone, you are renting our facility and securing our educational and entertainment services.  However, you remain responsible for your group’s members at all times while in the Curiosity Zone facility.

We reserve the right to close our facility and refund your money if we believe weather
conditions present a significant danger to our employees or customers.  Decisions about weather-related closings will be made and communicated to you approximately
 2 hours before your event.
